• IT to convert focus group of volunteers for additional testing – completed on or about March 25, 2011

April

• Facebook, Twitter
• April 1 – Email sent to Student Organizations
• April 1 – Email sent to Maymester Faculty
• April 8 – SOCS Message
• April 11 – Added language to screen savers in labs about opt-in
• April 13 – Email to all students to opt-in
• April 20 – Email to faculty/staff – check webpage links
• April 21 – begin creating incoming student accounts  in Google Apps for Education

May

• May 18 – begin conversion from Zimbra to Google Apps for Education for all current students (will also include alum from May 2008) for those that haven’t opted in
• Students – sign into your new Google Apps for Education account and make sure you have what you need.  If you experience any problems, contact the helpdesk at 1-609-771-2660.
• May 27 – Conversion from Zimbra to Google Apps completed
